Went through 2 phone interviews. First with recruiter and then with the District Manager. After the 2nd interview the DM said she would be back in touch. I never heard back from her.

I had 2 interviews before being ghosted. I had been in communication with the company off and on for months. I had 2 interviews the 1st being a simple phone screening and the 2nd a zoom call. Everything seemed to go well, I was told I should have an answer in 2 weeks. 6 weeks later they never followed up or answered my calls or emails.
