I talked to them during a on campus career fair. They invited me to a small get together, but I was not able to attend. I had a first round interview on campus, and then the second round interview they had be interview in St. Joseph MO. They took us on a tour and provided lunch. Then we interviewed with 4 different people in the company.

The interview started with a plant tour and was followed by five rounds of interviews with mangers from varying departments and backgrounds. The process was then followed by lunch as a local restaurant.
Multiple rounds of interviews. Last round was 5 more interviews with different departments. Great process to really get a lot of view points about the company. Showed around the plant and even got to ride in a sky lift

The interview process was long - about 6 rounds of 30 minute interviews, each with two people. But it gave me a good idea of the kind to people who work for the company and I got a well rounded explanation of all the engineering disciplines I might work in.
