The interview process was quite smooth. It lasted almost two weeks. After I sent CV and Cover Letter, they asked for the Phone HR interview (about 25 min). Then I was chosen for the Video Interview which was dividend in two (motivational and technical) and it lasted around 2.5 hours.

I have had a total of two interviews: the first one with HR and the second one with the manager and senior manager. The first interview was introductory, while the second one was technical, during which they administered a basic accounting knowledge test in the first half-hour. Once that was completed, they proceeded to ask me questions about the answers I had provided, seeking explanations.

Straight forward process , great experience .nothing complicated if you prepare u get the job .Finance background is prefers but also knowledge. 2 managers on the interview . Asking more random questions and checking will u be suitable.
