Interview process starts with a phone screen from a recruiter. They ask you questions about yourself, how you heard about the company, salary expectations, as well as why you're interested in the role and what kind of experience you have. If successful, there are two rounds of interviews with various team members. Most of the questions revolved around my organization skills as well as my ability to meet deadlines. Additional questions revolved around encountering failures as well as being able to meet changing needs/deadlines. After this, I received an email and call from the recruiter to formally receive an offer.
