I had a really positive interview experience with Altery. I applied during the Christmas holiday period and was contacted by HR a couple of weeks later. The initial HR conversation was refreshingly direct and efficient: no fluff, which I genuinely appreciate. A few days later, I met with the Hiring Manager, who was personable, highly professional, and created a relaxed discussion that made it easy to have a real chat about the role and my experience. While I ultimately wasn’t selected, the process was handled professionally and the feedback was clear and respectful which is always appreciated in today’s hiring landscape. Altery seems like a great place to work, and credit where it’s due: they communicate well and don’t leave candidates guessing or ghost them 🙂
