The HR department asked very few questions about background or skill and determined that they needed someone more plug and play. They did not describe what they were looking for. It’s almost as if they decided before the initial screening call. Better to not do the call at all.

The interview went well. The interviewer was very engaging and asked relevant questions about the company, the role, and my reason for switching. It felt like a genuine conversation, which made the experience comfortable and positive overall.

3 Rounds of Interview. 2 with Hiring/Leadership team & the last round was a presentation assignment. One of the best interview loops that I've been in & one of the few reasons that led me to join the team.
