3 Rounds of Interview.2 Technical and 1 HR and Project Manager Round.In that 2 Round is Client Round.
I Cleared 1 Round then they told that Client kept some positions hold so we can't move Forward.They did it same for my frnd 1 month before also.Why taking interviews and wasting Candidates time.
Interview is very Pathetic as from 1 St minute only they will send some questions and write code which will take more than 50 mins.
Then they will do Knowledge shaming by asking that you didn't complete these certifications how did you got the job etc.What is interview.Testing the knowledge but it seems like very bad where one of my friend cried also after the interview as she is some sensitive.
It is very bad behaviour from HR team as they will not respect the candidates.
It is not a Software company it is a Staffing company and all the persons who are terminated from other organization's for their behaviour not skills are there.
NASCOM must take action on this Company and CEO Raj Sunderesan for violating rules and playing with applicants
