Bad experience, first of all, HR clearly mention that you are going to be a contractor so expect to only earn money and anything else of the law (IMSS. paid by taking vacations, etc).
HR mentions that there are going to be 3 rounds, 1 tech with a SWE guy from Altimetrik, 1 from manager and 1 with customer.
The bad part is the tech interview, the interviewer expects an answer from book and also there was no previous warning that I should have Visual Studio installed in my computer, the interview guy expects you to talk about your work experience, answer tech concepts and 1 coding exercise in only 1 hour.
When I got the coding question, I only had 20 minutes left and my visual studio in my computer was having some problems to create new projects, that took me like 10 mins to resolve, I did some coding with the 10 mins remaining but time was over (he had no flexibility, even though the issue environment of visual studio was present).
Questions were easy but the guy expects an answer from book. Then the guy after our interview sent feedback and accidently attached me in the email mentioned me that I was a semi-sr because I couldn't finish the "coding task" and no mentioning i had the environment issue. All bad with this interview. Glad I will not be working here.

The basic stuff from programming
• OOP questions | What is polymorphism, inheritance.
• What's is overloading and overwriting (even I gave him a clear example of the virtual ToString method and he could not understand me, and overloading with method with same name but different arguments or type of value that the method is returning, the guy mentioned that I had no idea with that but I even gave him an example).
• Entity Framework questions (what is a migration file?)
• SQL | What is a view? (I mentioned that it was a virtual table that we can share to specific group of users in SQL to hide complex queries implementation and the guy did a bad expression in his face, he cannot think out of the box and doest not know that this is correct as he mentioned I was wrong....
Even there were no question regarding SOLID or design patterns....

Very bad experience they took all the round and then said we wont move forward as we are having low budget.
Last round they told face to face with client but never happened.
Very slow process.
I think interview process could be better check candidate budget at start so that unnecessary time wont waste.

3 Rounds: First is technical basic question related to your work. Second, Manager round only concept and knowledge sharing. Third, Client round where all technical question was there.
It was quite good experience and I cleared all the rounds.
