and the second day there was documentation and drug test also induction. They will make you wait for long hours, this is only one disadvantage.
Interview process is quite good but the HR's use to hire candidates as blindly, they even doesn't know how to select the perfect candidate. As a result they checked out so many employees who were some very good in all activities.
