The interview process was straightforward. I had three interviews in total. My advice is to be yourself and demonstrate genuine motivation. First Interview: This is with HR, focusing on your background and general fit. Second Interview: You’ll speak with an intermediary, someone you likely won't interact with again. Third Interview: This final step is with the hiring manager, where more specific job-related questions are asked.
