4 stages of interviews. Stage 1: Recruiter calls and discusses background, why you're looking compensation expectations, etc. Stage 2: Soft-skills technical interview with an architect. Many questions, some very technical, some not. Stage 3: Pairing session with an architect. Involves real-life scenarios to go through. Tests your knowledge of linux, AWS, SSH, FTP, etc. Stage 4: Short talk with a principal/director to see culture fit and to see what you're hoping to get out of it. Offer then afterwards.

The hole process has taken more than I expected, almost 2 months. Six session in total, 3 session with HR, 1 session with CTO and 2 technical sessions. Technical sessions were according to the position. First technical interview was about 2 hours long, a lot of questions and technologies. 2nd technical interview was a pairing session sharing screen.
