Phone interview, due to COVID. They asked some questions that were somewhat more related to treating the patients and dealing with the patients who are unhappy with their treatments than about actual administrative duties. Plus, some situational and behavioral questions. They said that they would call and let me know the following week either way, but never did. I did not have their direct number (since they called me first and never gave their phone number or email), so I could not follow up. The same story happened two years prior when I applied with Altum for a Kinesiologist position (that one was at Scarborough location). After the interview, they said that they would let me know next week whether they are proceeding with me or with another candidate, and they never did. I did not have their direct email (since they reached me through a recruiter), so I could not follow up. I did email the recruiter, who said he will follow with Altum and will give me the answer, but I never received any answer.
