Applied online through job board, recieved a phone call from company employee for a phone interview in a few days. Phone interview was relaxed, I was asked general questions about experience, availability and interests. She then went over the job description.
In about a week I was emailed by the COO to come in for an interview. The next day I went to the company headquarters (Give yourself extra time to find the location and call if you need help it can be tricky to find) , The interview was 2:1 with the COO and the CEO of the company. Average questions and a pretty relaxed interview. Was told that if they decided to move forward that I would receive a call anywhere between 2-3 weeks from the interview. I would need to take a drug test and a background check as well as provide my last W-2, and fill out a more thorough application. Then if everything checked out would receive a written offer of employment.
