After 4 interviews over the course of 2 months, and the expectation that I was moving forward in the process - no one will respond to me now - I've been ghosted! The interviews themselves were very basic interview questions, and you could tell in every interview they were using the same questions. Very disappointing outcome because what this nonprofit has going on is incredible and I could have seen myself being a part of it and thriving. I never write GlassDoor review, but wanted to spread the word that you may in fact get ghosted in their interview process - and no one deserves that.
