The interview process has been a email from the HR and direct face-to-face discussion with the hiring manager. There were 3 rounds and each of the discussion was for around 1 Hr and mostly about my profile , experience in handling customer issues, team dynamics, handling the stakeholders expectations. All these cleared. And later asked to complete some online test by sending some link. And after clearing this, HR round was also done. Then for 2 months no any sort of replies or communication from them. I feel I am kept aside after completing even HR round!!! What sort of company puts aside a dev managerial candidate after HR rounds are done!!! Shame on amadeus process. They just are looking for 3 managers in one manager position. A dev manager, people manager and a scrum master - all in one job for one salary. And that too for a cheap salary. Wasted my complete 3 days for these interviews. Beware!!!
