For Freshers:
1. Aptitude online test (pretty easy)
2. First Technical Interview : questions on arrays and linkedlist
3. Technical + Managerial : Database related questions, Queries and Normalisation
4. HR interview : Communication test :p and some typical HR questions
Thats it. Do well and you are in. ;)
