      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Amadeus (Bengaluru) nel mese di apr 2018

      Colloquio

I was called for f2f interviews three times First visit: There were two interviews on C++, oop and design and a little bit of algorithms, ot was about 3.5 hours session. I was informed that the feedback is positive. Second visit: next week. It was an interview with architect, stressed mostly on C++, OOAD. Behavioral questions. He gave really good feedback. It was about 3 hours session. Third (and final) visit: next week. An interview with director and senior architect. Mostly it was few cpp questions. It was 1.5 hours session. In each visit I was informed by the coordinator that I did pretty well and she read out the feedback , which sounded very solid. I was informed that I did very well over all and I should be getting an HR CALL. HR Interview over call: She asked certain behavioral questions, normal expected stuff and expected CTC. GUESS WHAT!!!! I got an LOI with the salary and benefits that I will be offered. I tried to negotiate but finally agreed to their numbers. HR said she will get the salary closure and release offer by EOD next day. By this time they have all my personal documents, salary slips, offer letter of last company and increment letter etc. Now comes the twist, after three days I get to know from coordinator that my candidature is rejected because of first 2 interviews. !!!! This is highly unprofessional and condemnable. I went all the way to site for 2 times at an interval of weeks!! Where is the scope of confusion! What was the need to ask my personal documents then? If the panel and everyone on stake didn't agree why release loi then? Guys please don't waste your time on such unprofessional folks. Its sheer magnitude of unprofessionalism. Last but not the least I had to wait 30 to 40 mins for each interview though it was scheduled. Rooms were not pre booked. I remember my second interviewer asking few questions on reception as someone claimed that room where interview was being conducted.
