The first question was to write a code on broken images and links on a notepad. The use of any IDE was not allowed. Few questions on topics and concepts which are hardly used. The interviewer himself hadn't used those he mentioned. The process was friendly but questions were more of - do not want to hire rather than understanding the candidate's approach, experience and knowledge.
