Such a bad process. Amdeus HR team does not know how to conduct interviews. They called more than 50 people for interview on 9th May 2015 but they have only 2 panels who were taking interviews. They conducted my 1st round of interview which i cleared but they asked me to wait for second round of interview. We around 20 people were waiting for second round of interview, They interviewed for few beautiful girls, then at 5 PM HR told us to leave for that day as panels are tied after taking so many interviews. HR told they will call us in next week for same interview but they did not call after that. HR also did not respond to the email. They make us seated from 10AM to 5 PM without any interview.

A waste of time interviewing this company. They expect a resource to be know the things which are not related to their project as if they are going to hire for rocket science. and wasting the day by conducting multiples round on multiple weekdays

I was interviewed for Senior Test engineer.
Interviews are simple , not much difficult.
1. Technical Round - Questions regarding Manual, functional, few automation, few programming or logical questions
2. Managerial Round - Ask about your current project and mostly on real time scenarios
3. Directorial round. - Detailed discussion on the current project
4. HR Round
