two sessions of interviews with the country manager and one phone interview with a manager from Madrid headquarter. I was coming from B2C and they were looking for experience like mine. The process is not very well organized because the representative in Romania doesn't have a HR department and therefore only the country manager is in charge with recruiting. I recommend this company for its business especially, very attractive to customers, Amadeus is leader in the market and succeeds to grow every year substantially. A good culture and great values, especially if you get the chance to move to headquarter in Madrid, where there are a lot of good things for a professional to move the career forward and build expertise.
