During the interview, the questions primarily focused on understanding my personality and work ethic, rather than solely emphasizing technical skills or experience. This approach made it clear that the company values cultural fit and the ability to contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment. Overall, the experience left a great impression, making me feel excited about the possibility of working there.

Simple cliche questions. I wish that job interviews focused on the job responsibilities. Asking me why I have gaps in my employment during the pandemic is crazy. Also, doing admin tasks for membership based model would've been more suited to discover if I was actually qualified. Once we skipped over and didn't address my actual sales and beauty industry background, only my POS skills. I knew this may not be what I desire after all.
