I applied in January 2026 for the Program Manager Internship, Amazon Japan / Amazon Logistics. I received an interview invitation in April and completed two 1:1 Zoom interviews in English on April 22, 2026. The process was highly focused on Amazon Leadership Principles and STAR-style behavioral examples. There was also an interview prep session, which was helpful for understanding the expected structure.
