I applied online and received a call a few days later from a recruiter to schedule an phone interview. The first phone interview was with a recruiter and the 2nd interview was with the hiring manager. After my phone call with the hiring manger, I received an invitation for the 1:1 on site interview. The on site interview took about 4 hours. Interviewed with 5 people, each took about 45 mins. A lot of repeated questions from different interviewers, by the end I was very tired and confused about what i have said to who...

4 Rounds. One screening, second was deeper questions about your background and knowledge, third was a panel of 5 45 minute interviews with scenario based questions. Last was a meeting with the director.

It was a very easy interview process. You don't need any experience for meeting the qualifications of the job. You go to a location where they will take a photo for your badge that you will receive on your first day and also a drug screen.
In and out. Stand in line and wait your turn easy interview. They just want your information and a drug swab. If you pass the swab you most likely got the job.
