First to describe myself, asked questions about my previous work experience and what kind of issues I solved there. Also I was asked the most common customer issues for example how to handle angry customer.
Interview was ok. Was asked questions and answered as requested. I asked questions and they were answered as requested. Interview was as expected. Thought there would be more questions but there were not. I had plenty.

I recently had the opportunity to interview with Amazon for the customer support role role. It was a great experience interacting with the panel and learning more about the company’s vision and culture. I’m grateful for the opportunity and appreciate the insightful discussions we had.
