Simple. No real requirement only that you spoke English so that you could understand what was being said. Was short and was asked about availability, if I had concerns about carrying 15kg of items and such things.
Quite an easy interview process. It broadly consisted of some basic online tests and quizzes, a verification video, a virtual induction, and then an in person safety induction at the site.

Great process found it nice to deal with . It was very convenient for me and I really enjoyed the not having to have a cv brilliant love it. Joe was a really great interviewer and I would definitely go back.
