The interview process is very thorough involving multiple phone/video interviews as well as an online assessment that simulated work situations. The process was very well organized and feedback was prompt.

Typically starts with a recruiter phone screen, followed by an online assessment for technical roles. Interviewers evaluate both job skills and how well you demonstrate Amazon’s Leadership Principles through behavioral questions. One interviewer is often a “Bar Raiser,” whose role is to maintain hiring standards and probe deeply into your experience, decision-making, and impact.
