The interview process is specific to Amazon. you have at least 5 rounds with 5 different people. each of them will try to assess one or two leadership principle. they are very nice and at the end you have time for your questions.

Typically starts with a recruiter phone screen, followed by an online assessment for technical roles. Interviewers evaluate both job skills and how well you demonstrate Amazon’s Leadership Principles through behavioral questions. One interviewer is often a “Bar Raiser,” whose role is to maintain hiring standards and probe deeply into your experience, decision-making, and impact.

Very structured, using the leadership principles. It felt a little mechanical but very thorough. Limited interest in WHY I was interviewing. Great advice from recruiter in the process leading up to the loop.
