Two back to back interviews 45 minutes each. Really need to learn and have stories for the leadership principles and pretty much embody them. It was mainly hard because it was back to back, I would've rather had a break but its fine

It was an extensive application process. However, it was well communicated .
A lot of preparation and time is required but the pay and exposure is worth it. I had to record videos and go through multiple rounds of interviewing.
Required demonstrating knowledge on the product and general systems and IT knowledge (AWS recruitment)
Required demonstrating experience with B2B sales or sales prospecting
Was fairly smooth and quick with decent responsiveness from the HR team
The interview was with a Sales Manager
