I had a remote interview. I was asked two questions (involving two of amazon's leadership principles.) I was prepared for 5-7 questions so I felt off-kilter. Also my interviewer was changed last minute and I was not informed of the change until it had started.

For the tier three position of Process Assistant at Amazon they rely on the STAR method for interviews; situation, task, action, result. In order to pass the interview each part must be touched on.

Easiest job interview ever! Come prepared and you’ll do fine! Make sure you know Amazon’s background history. Try not to mention jeff besos lol. I am only writing this review so I can read reviews for other companies. Sorry just trying to reach the 30 word minimum
