Terrible. Recruiter got my name wrong and then got mad at me when another internal recruiter apparently scheduled my interview without clearing something internally first. They asked me to do a homework assignment that took a couple of hours that nobody ever read (I asked), and then asked to prep for questions that they never asked, which caused me to be less prepared for the questions they actually did ask. I would have been better off not listening to any of their instructions on how to prepare. I feel that caused me to be less authentic since I was so worried about whether my answers would fit their leadership principles.

Great and friendly people in interview process. It can be draining as they do a 3-4hr straight chunk but be careful not to repeat stories across interviews they will ding you for that
