First round of interview was with the hiring manager. Once I cleared that, 4 rounds of virtual interview. The hiring team was very helpful in preparation process. One of the 4 rounds was a technical round.

The main issues were regarding the recruiter and the hiring manager. The recruiter literally sent me the wrong job. So, when the hiring manager asked me, "What do you know about the role?" I described the wrong job. The hiring manager then explained to me what the job actually was, and by total coincidence, I actually qualify more for that role than the role I had originally applied for. Despite knowing that I was told the wrong job, the manager then quizzes me on why I chose this job. After that, it sounded like he wasn't interested in me in the slightest. I tried to save it, but he seemed to think that I came unprepared. He then admitted that he never looks at people's resumes cause he had a bad resume way back when. I guess that's technically fine, but it was apparent he wasn't prepared for the interview cause all of his questions could have been answered by looking at my resume.

They asked about my work history and how it applied to the role I was interviewing for.

Very labourous with several separate interviews with eacher interviewer asking very similar leadership principal questions while expecting unique stories for each interviewer. Also required a full day for the final loop interview which is quite intense.
