Colloquio
Intitial one phone interview. Phone call is a screening process to check your QA knowledge and coding experience. They will ask test cases for a scenario and ask for a small script to write. Feedback was in after couple of days. I was then scheduled for an on-site interview. There were total of 5 rounds starting first with Hiring manager and SDE manager (behavioral, leadership principles). Second round was to come up with test cases, strategy for a distributed system scenario. Third round, was again coming up with test cases but this time it was with SDEII. Fourth and Fifth were apparently coding with SDET and one of them was a bar raiser.

Phone screen was more specific to test cases and a script to print the months in a text file.
On-site round was aggressive with 5 rounds back-to-back without any break. Sorry wont be able to share questions since signed a NDA.

Just gave phone screening interview. Need to practice a lot on behavioural questions. I don't really understand why they have such behavioral questions for someone who is interviewing for pure coding skills. I think most of the real programmers will not be able to showcase themselves. People who can lie and have good communication skill with average programming is what they might be expecting.

Behavioral Questions:
- Tell me about a time when u had to work out of ur comfortzone? How did u manage?
- Tell me about time when I innovated things in the project and how it helped
- Tell me about a time when you solved the big problem with small solution
Coding:
- some reading a file and grouping similar type into a dictionary. Mostly reading line and using regex Output= {'typ1' : [1, 2], 'typ2':[2,3]}
- return the max duplicate letters in string

Colloquio
1. Online Assessment. This assessment will have you go through a few basic QAE functions and ask you something basic on the scripting side. Behavior questions.
2. Phone Call with Recruit
3. Phone interview with a Sr. QAE on the team to test scripting skills, discuss testing methodology, uncovering bugs, etc. on the technical side.
4. On-site interview with 4-5 members of the team.

Received a call from recruiter and asked general questions. After two days recruiter scheduled 1 hour phone interview with SW development engineer in test. He was very polite and supportive throughout the interview. Tried to make me comfortable.
