A friend that works at Lab126 forwarded my resume to HR and about 3 weeks later they emailed to set up a phone interview that happened about a week after that. The phone interview was about 10 minutes and very professional but a bit frustrating as understandably the HR person did not understand the technical aspects of the position.

Two 45 min behavioral questions with current employees on the team. While not specific to the principles they were certainly implied. This was the 1st round with a 2nd round on site with 4 more behavioral rounds.
