The interview included one phone interview with the recruiter, three phone interviews with research scientists and the hiring manager. Overall, the interview went smooth, the interviewers were nice and polite, and the coding exercised were easy enough
The interviews went well but then was told the company is on a freezing hire. So the process was put on hold until a future date. Research history and future directions were discussed.

I had two technical phone interviews. The questions were mix of optimization, queuing theory and simple programming questions. After the first interview (for which the feedback was very positive) I had a second interview. I got a rejection notice one week later.
