a very vague, subjective and overall pathetic, stress interview(1st phone screen). the interviewer seemed a very arrogant, poor listener, trying to bully his way leveraging the naivety and submissiveness of the candidate bearing it anyhow for a puny job.

Started with a screening call for one hour. It varied from scenario based to modeling and even sql queries. Overall it was fair . At the end I passed but the headcount was already filled.
