I made it to the final round. The overall process took about 6 weeks and included the following. Assessment, then a screening, then an initial interview using the STAR method, then an essay, followed by a 5 hour interview round using STAR method.

The loop is a disaster and the questions weren’t at all tailored to the specific role and responsibilities. I do not think they ever hired for the role. Many people do not make it to the next step.
