El proceso involucra preparación previa y es necesario tomar en cuenta los Leadership Principles de Amazon. Son preguntas conductuales basadas en la experiencia propia del candidato. El proceso consisten en entrevistas en donde se evalúa si el candidato tiene el perfil para trabajar en la cultura particular de Amazon.

Screener with AWS recruiter, then advanced to a hiring manager interview. There was a shadow on the interview, so it was 2v1. Lots of behavioral questions and wanted me to use "I" a lot.

The interview process was rather intense; but the recruiter does a good job of explaining things to focus on. Expect to provide a lot of data evidence to pretty much all of the questions.
