Very good mix of formal and informal questions. Interviewer was relaxed and kept everything loose. No feeling that the interview was full of landmines you could not see. Entire process took about one hour.

Interview was easy, included a lot of basic questions, such as "how would you rate how honest you are?", "tell me about a time you had a difficult customer, and how you handled it". Interviewer was friendly and casual, gave a lot of information about the company and job expectations in the interview.
