I applied online and get interviewed the other day through MSteams by their HR and then after that proceeds to another interview where it involves the technical skills and stuff. After those 2 interviews, they sent me an link regarding to the assessment in able for the applicant to proceed.

It was soo easy to schedule once they find you a good fit for the role. Flexible and understanding. Interview itself was smooth and felt casual. They really set the mood to have the interviewer be comfortable!
