First I had some online tests (logic, English and cultural fit), nothing unexpected there.
Later, they sent an e-mail scheduling the interview. This was conducted first by the HR manager and the area (finance) manager and it was with me and another candidate, at the same time. They asked us about our lives and professional experiences, what were our biggest accomplishments, our best characteristics, and things like that. They also explained more about the job and asked if we were comfortable with it.
At the end, since the other girl did not do the online tests, they asked her to come again later, and continued with me alone - the HR manager also left, and came the finance director. At this moment it got really serious, the guy put a lot of effort to make me feel uncomfortable and nervous, he first tried to persuade me, saying all bad things about it, pushing me to explain why I wanted the job really hard and that I could see myself doing a good work and also growing into the company. Then he changed completely, he started saying only the good stuff about the company and this opening. He also got some of the finance manager notes about what I have said previously and started confronting me with my answers - like I said I wanted, in the future, to have my own business, and he started pointing out that this would be impossible if I wanted to grow in the company, asking what I would do. Well, my best guess he was trying too hard to crack me.
