I was contacted for a phone interview 12 days after applying online. The phone interview was a typical phone screening interview. I was asked a few technical questions. At the end of the interview I was told that there were a couple of people ahead of me in the interviewing process. I was then Ghosted, but I assume that is because the people ahead of me got the job. After the phone screen I would have to do a technical interview and then a onsite interview.
