Interviewed with a the person who would be above me in my role. It was laid back and I thought went well. The other people in HR are what made the process so awful because there were very large miscommunications and things they had not even discussed fully with me even upon the day of orientation. The amount lack of professionalism on HR's part was huge tell that these people had no idea of what they were doing. That and many other unethical issues during orientation were what made me decide day one I would not be at this company long.

Very easy interview process due to the high turnover rate. Got a call with the offer a few hours after the initial interview with the department. Didn't know it was a red flag after started working here.
