FaceTime was used for the interview. I was asked about my education, my experience working with children with disabilities, and why I am in the field. The interview was brief and I was offered the position on the spot given my education level/experience in ABA.

I applied, they messaged me back on Indeed with a time to schedule a Google Meet interview. During the interview, I was asked to tell them about myself, and I did including any past experience. I was hired during this interview, really easy, and offered $24 an hour from the range of $22 to $26 because I had previous experience working with people with autism.
