Most of the interview focused on how long it took me to make every logo and website in my portfolio. Apparently the job consists of cranking out as many logos a d websites as possible each day. After going back to look at the co portfolio, the urgency seems obvious. There is no focus on brand or marketing. I was told that first I would need to be an independant contractor and they would decide if they wanted to bring me on full-time and when. total deal killer and insulting. The set up technically would not meet the criteria for a contractor and is an employment law violation.
