The technical interview on the phone was a chaos. The hiring manager and the other guy who were asking questions did not know how to frame questions plus there was background noise which made it even harder to understand what were they saying. They literally asked me to spell out package names that I used in my analysis which I felt was funny because they were very common packages used in bioinformatic analysis.
