The process was well organized and extremelly professionally done. Respectful for all parties. Far more extensive and varried especially their attempt to make sure candidate and Amcor culture are a match. I was quite impressed with each phase and while tedious I can see it has great value. They have a great culture they are building anew and are being very careful to nuture it by finding people who fit with their philosophy of innovation, customers, and safety.
