Cons were at plenty.
For technical recruitment at Chennai of Amdocs( Covenant India was consultancy), there was a panel for tech interview which comprised of a girl and a sardar guy. I believe either they were best coder themselves or were present there just for passing time and making fun of candidates.
They were mocking people in front of them and after a candidate left, they even mocked them so badly that their laughing voice was could be heard from outside clearly. And whatever you answer, they found problem with it. And you better remember all functions of java as they would ask you to write a full program on paper and if small mistake happens the whole question would go wrong even if you have explained the concept correctly.
Still don't understand what was their main purpose.

I applied on LinkedIn. After 10 days, I got a call from HR, and he scheduled an interview. There were 3 rounds, but I only went through the first round.

There were 3 rounds the first was technical round of one hour. Then after 1day managerial round of one hour and the after 2days gap the 1hr hr round was scheduled. The process took 2 weeks and then all the rounds I received my offer later after 1month as so many holidays were lined up.

Then from spring boot: autowire, rest controller, how you are connect your data base in your application. Describe your application.
