When i joined the company as a fresher, the process was something like:
-> There was a Written test consisting of Java/C, Unix, SQL, Verbal & Non-verbal areas. Clearing which, you would be invited for a Face2face interview in pune.
-> Interview was simple & short in 2 phases- First the technical round with a panel, which was little tough & mostly practical, it went around for an hour. And then it was the HR round.
-> Clearing which you would receive an offer letter.

2) Technical Test - SQL, C/C++, Unix - SQL questions were bit confusing, so do Unix
3)Face to face interview - Average interview - Strings, linked lists in C/C++, Unix commands for text manipulation

First round with HR to know current assignment. If it fits the requirement then technical round with hiring manager. If selected then last round with HR for negotiations. once it is done one can get the call to join at the earliest.

They are conducting the Fake drives. Recently they had recruitment drive in Gurgaon for Pune location for C++ profile. First selection process was Aspiring Minds Amcat test. Second test was 1:1 face to face round. In second round they had 31 persons shortlisted but none them was selected for the job profile. I had answered every question asked in the interview despite that i did not received the call nor did anyone of the other person. At least they should mail all interviewees there status of the interview. The HR system of your company is entirely useless.
