Interview process has 3 rounds for lateral joiner. First round is the technical round where you will be tested for the theory and practical knowledge. Mainly on Java OOPs concepts, Selenium, WebDriver and frameworks. You will be asked to write down a java program too. Second round will be a managerial round which also include few technical questions. You will also be tested for your problem solving skills and situational handling. Further on clearing first and second round the last round is the HR round where you will have to discuss the Salary, benefits etc.
