Interview consisted of firstly aptitude test in C, C++ or Java. On clearing that round, there was a technical round and we were asked bunch of questions on programming and on our current project.
In the end there was a HR round where personal interview was taken by the HR

They are conducting the Fake drives. Recently they had recruitment drive in Gurgaon for Pune location for C++ profile. First selection process was Aspiring Minds Amcat test. Second test was 1:1 face to face round. In second round they had 31 persons shortlisted but none them was selected for the job profile. I had answered every question asked in the interview despite that i did not received the call nor did anyone of the other person. At least they should mail all interviewees there status of the interview. The HR system of your company is entirely useless.
